Changing Habits

I had a bit of a moment last night.

I was livid.

So mad I could have spit nails.

In the past… I have used food to control emotions.

Last night?

C25K for the win!

I can find my fire.  I just need to keep making changes in how I choose to respond to life.  One of those changes will be to use my treadmill to manage stress.   Because… it works.
