I have declared 2015 my personal year of change.
My year of finding myself.
My year of getting healthy and fit.
My year of getting myself edumacated.
My year of getting my finances in order.
My year of gratitude.
I started this morning with a workout. When I was a member of 1FW I saved lots of the weekly workouts as PDF’s for later.
This is what I did this morning:
It was a 4 round workout – but I did 2. My thinking is that I’m not going to overwhelm myself. I’m not going to burn myself out in the first few days.
I did a workout. I will do yoga later today. I may even go for a run on the treadmill.
But I’m doing it. One day at a time. Baby steps. Building habits. Building success.
Today? Today has been a total success so far 🙂
