Day 2 Sugar Detox

I made a decision last weekend that I wasn’t going to cheat myself any more.

I’ve been on the Quest program with One Fit Widow for 8 months and in the last 4 months have NOT seen the results I did in the first 4 months.

That’s because I’ve been cheating myself.

I’ve been eating unhealthy.

I’ve neglected my logging.

I’ve avoided the workouts.

I’ve binged on sugary junk.

So I decided last weekend that enough was enough.  I want to be fit and healthy and energetic.

Right now I’m lethargic and lazy and exhausted.

So today is day 2 of my sugar detox/eat healthy/get fit reboot.

So far so good – except that I’m freaking EXHAUSTED.

I can do this – I really can – I will bust through the sugar withdrawl exhaustion – but right now it’s dragging me…. so far down.

Sugar detox.  It’s not for the faint of heart.  But definitely good for everyone’s hearts.
