My plan for today is to attempt a mild workout, along with a walk.
Watching TV and being on the computer does not hurt my head.
I’m hoping that I can do a plank and some squats and go for a 15 min walk without a headache. That’s my hope.
I have plans for May. Plans that involve being at a roller derby boot camp. Plans that involve me being able to keep up with the Texas Rollergirls who are coming to coach said camp. Plans that involve being able to keep up with players from my prior team and from the Whistler team.
So I’ve been eating healthy. Clean. Keeping my sugar levels down.
And now… I’m going to attempt a workout. It’s been 5 days since I hit my head. I’m hoping that the workout doesn’t cause problems.
Just a little workout.
Just a bit of movement.
But its the first step to meeting those goals.
