I’m staring at my coffee… desperately wanting the additional caffeine… but knowing the only way I can drink it is with cream in it (managed to remove the sugar, yay!)
But I want to hit my percentages.
Or close to.
I know I’ll hit my calories.
My fat percentages are already skewed.
I want the coffee.
I don’t want the cream or the fat.
I think this is the hardest part of the program – the percentages.
