Not Compliant

Last month I wasn’t very compliant with my program.

Yesterday (Halloween) I wasn’t compliant at ALL.

Today was weight and measure day.

I don’t know who said it – but I keep hearing “You shrink your body in the kitchen, you sculpt your body in the gym”

Guess what?

I didn’t eat very clean the past month, fell off the wagon HARD, bounced around a few times, got stuck in some mud and realized the wagon was a ways ahead of me because I didn’t pay attention to it.

And guess what else?

I gained weight this month.

I stepped on the damn scale 3 times.  It said the same thing each time.

Gain of 3.5lbs.

I haven’t changed my exercise habits – if anything, I’m exercising MORE.

But I started eating chocolate, chips, candy, pastry, cheese, sugar in my coffee….

Today is a fresh start.  I’m going to start over, go through the detox process and GET COMPLIANT.

I liked how I was feeling.  I liked how I was seeing results.  I liked how my body was changing.

I was not compliant.  And now I’m starting again.  Because I want to be healthy and fit.
