A couple weeks ago I told you about the challenge to be 100% compliant with the 1FW program.
I wasn’t 100% compliant as far as I was concerned – I didn’t exercise, I think I had one or two days where I didn’t eat completely clean – but throughout it – I lost 8.5lbs and 3.3% of my bodyweight.

Then – it was announced that I won! I won the challenge!! I get an hour of facetime with Michelle (the designer of the program) and Keith (the guy who plans our workouts).
Then last week – I wasn’t so compliant. I ate what I shouldn’t, I DID exercise, but overall -my week was less than stellar.
So this week I’m challenging myself again.
I weighed myself again. I’m still at 251 – the weight I was at the end of last week. I’m grateful that something has kept me from gaining any – I’m looking forward to being firmly in the 240’s and possibly in the 230’s.
I will weigh myself next Sunday again – and see where I’m at.
This week will be particularly challenging because I’m in Quesnel with my boyfriend – and he likes to eat a lot of things that aren’t “clean”… so I will have to be even more vigilant.
But I’m up for challenging myself… Compliant with food AND exercise!
