Imagine What Will Change

If I’m 100% compliant.

I wasn’t, not quite.  I didn’t exercise this past week.   I didn’t eat 100% clean.   I just aimed for staying within my calories.

Now to add exercise into the routine and see how things will change in my body shape, not just my weight 😀
