Changing Habits

In an effort to eat clean, I’ve switched my morning coffee with flavoured creamer to coffee with 2 tablespoons of organic half and half.

I love my coffee without sugar.

I love my coffee without sugar.

If I say it often enough will I believe it???

I know I can get used to anything… I want to ENJOY that morning coffee.  And right now – I’m just drinking something that’s slightly bitter and warm.   And full of caffeine.
