5.30 am wake time. Coffee. Waiting for Ang to get here.
I kinda miss these days. Despite children waking me in the middle of the night, I had a pretty good sleep.
It will be nice to get routine back in my life.
Ended up doing a 35 min walk and 150 fast squats. I think I got a better workout during the squats than I did the walk. I’m suddenly sweating and sore… 🙂
