April Challenge

My friend Angela likes to find challenges – I love her for it – she really should look into becoming a personal trainer.

This month she  found this:

Squat Challenge


Yep… you see that right… 250 squats by April 30.   I skipped day one since she pointed it out on day 2 and went straight there.

I countered with “HEY! Let’s redo the plank challenge as well!!”  So here we go:

Later, if I have time, I’ll edit and add a new calendar to have both on there…   But today is day 1 of the plank challenge…

I am attempting to eat healthy.  It gets derailed on a fairly regular basis because of grief, but I keep trying…
