I went for my usual Saturday morning run… only it was a walk because I haven’t ran for a couple weeks and so we went for a fast walk rather than a run.
I forgot how *GOOD* I feel after exercise.
I wish there was a way to remember this feeling. I wish I could get my brain to recognize that if I EXERCISE, I feel good.
Today’s plan involves a bout of yoga, another walk this afternoon, and some yard work.
I need to hold on to this awesome good feeling 🙂
