Another blogger I read She’s Losing It! sets goals every month.
At the beginning of the month, she sets her goals, and at the end of the month, she reviews how she did on them.
I’m going to do the same.
My February goals:
1. Pass the WFTDA minimum skills test.
2. Lose the 10lbs I gained – back at 249.5.
3. Run 2km without stopping.
I was going to go for 5 goals – but those three will be enough of a start. The first goal may extend into March – skills testing is in 3 days, and while I expect to pass most of it, and will do my level best to pass the rest – we’re given a retest to get the things we missed. At any rate – by the end of February – I will KNOW I can pass them – even if I don’t actually retest until the first week in March.
The other two? Totally attainable. And I’m going to get there.
