My goal is to weigh less than 235lbs by my birthday. That’s in… ummm… 6 weeks.
So that’s 15 lbs in 6 weeks.
I’m not going to stress if I don’t make it… I’m just going to keep moving forward towards the goal.
I’m stoked about reaching my first goal – if a week late… but I’m so bouncy today.
So my next goal…. reach 239 by January 1. I’m going to aim for that – even if it’s a bit high. Shoot for the moon, right?
