OMG Yoga Hurts…

Don’t let anyone tell you that yoga isn’t a good workout.

Don’t let anyone tell you that yoga is *just stretching.*

Yoga hurts.

Yoga makes you use muscles that you didn’t knwo you had.

Yoga makes you move your body in ways you didn’t think were possible (and watching Eoin contort his body is amazing)

Yoga… hurts the next day.

Yesterday morning, we did the yoga program, and I felt good, all day.

This morning, I woke up and I feel like someone beat the hell out of my back.   All the muscles I was using to do the core work, are protesting their existence.

This is a good thing, I understand that.  But day-um!  It hurts.

As far as I know – I’ll be doing yoga again this morning at 8.30 – yoga is awesome.

Yeah – it hurts and it’s awesome.  And I LOVE it!
