Tonight’s Random Workout

Brought to you by boredom, restlesness & an over abundance of energy.

10 push ups (on knees)
25 sit ups (toes anchored)
15 Pendulums (on each side)
15 leg raises (lying down – straight leg)

Random core exercises… feeling the burn… body weight exercises are so much FUN.

(don’t ever say you can’t exercise.  if you have a few feet of floor space – you can exercise)
