Testing day. I’m looking forward to it. I’m not stressed about it, I’m not panicked about it, I’m looking forward to it.
Today, we did a 25 in 5 and my counted laps were 22.5. I’m good with that. That gives me 3 weeks to get my cardio up. I have a treadmill, and 2 dogs that need to go for walks. I have bikes to ride. I have kids that want me to walk with them.
I’m going to do it. I’m going to pass this test. I’m going to be playing in the next available bout after I test.
22.5 laps. My problems are pain in my back and cardio while I do it. I just have to speed up a tiny bit. I can do it.
