I’m actively working on losing weight. I’m actively working on getting fit, getting my cardio up to par, passing my skills test.
I’m actively watching what I eat and making better choices where I can.
I’m consciously working on moving more and getting off my couch more.
Weighed myself this morning….
drum roll please….
I know I’ve been there before, hovered around that number, but it’s nice to be in the 250’s again. My goal is to drop 15 lbs this month. It’s a high goal, I know… but I’m going to try to get in the low 240’s.
My plan involves exercise, diet and mindful eating. And LOTS of skating 🙂
