Today’s Workouts

Today was a good day for working out.   The following is what I did:

Bum Lifts: 20
Oblique Crunches: 20 each side
Leg Drops: 20

Squats: 20 holding an 8lb medicine ball
Lunges: 20 holding an 8lb medicine ball

Kneeling Superman: 20
Pushups: 10

Plus 2 hours of roller skating.
