Finally used my treadmill. I don’t know how long it’s been in my house – more than a few weeks, I’m sure. But I finally got on it today.
Only 10 minutes. But I WILL do more later. I just wanted to get a feel for it.
Goal is to do a 20 min interval walk/run on it every day. Plus some yoga. I am GOING to get my 25 in 5. I am GOING to be able to play… within a month. So now is the time to focus and get my routine going. Once I have MYSELF under control, I’ll work on a routine for the boys.
I’m pretty sure Mark wouldn’t want me to sit around and do nothing.
