There’s 16 floors in Jim Pattison South by the elevators.  When I get to the elevators, I’m on the 1st floor.

Between the 1st floor and the 16th floor, there’s 3 additional floors – maintenance floors.

There’s anywhere between 16 – 24 steps between each floor.

Today, Kathy & I started on the 2nd floor, and walked to the 16th.

That is 16 floors, with an average of 20 steps per floor – around 320 steps.

Guess how long it took us?

15 mins from 2nd floor to 16th floor and back down again…

Exercise doesn’t have to take a lot of time… just the effort and be willing to do it when the opportunity presents itself.

16 floors and down – 15 mins.
