Someone once told me that I focus a lot on the negative, that I give voice to a lot of the crap that goes on in my head and that perhaps, if I were to give voice to how I’d LIKE to see myself, maybe I should change the focus of my blogs.
For this week, I’m going to blog every night about what I did right. I’m going to blog the things I did to promote my goals of fitness, weight loss and healthy living.
