WTF was I thinking?

Really? STARTING a diet/weight loss program where I’m seriously restricting my junk food intake/crappy food intake/sugar & chocolate & chips intake on the FIRST day of my period?

I’m homocidal at this time of month when I have those things, and now take them away?

WTF was I thinking?
