Tabata training ROCKS!!

4 minutes of intense cardio workout.

2 minute break

Repeat 3 X

Add in abs & pushups.

PHENOMENAL in home, n0-excuses, anyone-can-do-this workout.

The absolutely awesomeness about this is that you push yourself – you work it as hard as YOU can.  Its not someone else’s schedule.  Its not trying to keep up with a class.  Its YOUR PACE.  YOUR body weight (and more if you want o add some weights to it) and the ONLY equipment you need is a clock with a second hand (or a timer and tell me how many people don’t have a cell phone with timer or a microwave timer)

I woke up later than I wanted this morning.    Thought about starting C25K.  Realized I didn’t really have enough time as I hadn’t prepared last night.

Looked around – thought – hey! I’ll try that tabata thing – I have a timer on my phone and I can fake the 10 seconds intervals.

What a great workout.

Don’t tell me you have no time.  Don’t tell me you have no space.  Don’t tell me you can’t afford it.  Don’t tell me you are too “fat” to go out and exercise in public.

For those of you who missed it a few posts ago… tabata training.

There’s really no reason not to work out anymore.
