Eating Healthy – and Biggest Loser Weigh in…

Who says eating healthy has to be boring?  Who says it has to be bland?

Picture this:  grilled chicken breast done in garlic, smothered in saute’d spinach and mushrooms saute’d in red wine.  Add a couple of dallops of herbed goat cheese… and serve.

OMFG dinner is amazing 🙂

And on the  Biggest Loser – I’m down 1.8lbs 😀  YAY ME!

    Well, I’ve never said eating healthy food is boring! Quite the opposite. Once you get a taste for good food, it’s very hard to eat junk.

    I hate being out somewhere, where there’s only junky food to eat. I usually plan ahead or rush home to eat something decent.

    It’s so good to hear you’re on the road to healthy eating. There’s so much yummy, fresh, healthy food out there; it makes you feel good, gives you more energy, and soon your tastes will change so you’ll think of junk food as…. well, junk!!!!!!
