Biggest Loser – Week 2

I went to they gym tonight for a quick weigh in.   Have spent all day in front of the computer (aside from snow shovelling) and have an amazing yummy dinner waiting for me.

After my first week of changing my eating habits and working out, I’m down to 274. 

That’s a 4.2lb weight loss!!!  YAY ME!!

If I did my math correct, that translates to 1.5% of my weight lost so far.   My goal, whether I win this or not, is to lose 10% of my body weight by Feb 23.   So far I’m on track.
